Postpartum Recovery in Los Angeles, Booked Before You Deliver
Twelve weeks with every provider scheduled in advance, so the plan starts the week you come home.
The fourth trimester is yours to arrange, at the worst moment to arrange anything.
You will get a six-week checkup and a form asking how you feel. Everything between coming home and that appointment is yours to arrange, at the exact moment you have the least capacity to arrange anything.
Finding a lactation consultant at 2am with a baby who will not latch is not a plan. Neither is a pelvic floor referral you make yourself in week nine.
This program books all of it in advance. You enroll before you deliver and come home to a schedule that is already handled.
Replenish, repair, rebuild.
Replenish
Rest, feeding, and mood, while you are still in the thick of it. We come to you first.
Repair
Pelvic floor assessment, c-section and perineal scar work, and your 8-week labs.
Rebuild
Back to moving, with a written plan for the six months after you graduate.
Babies welcome at every visit after the first, so there is no childcare to arrange, ever.
One price, everything in it.
- 10 acupuncture sessions, the first in your home
- 6 pelvic floor PT sessions
- 2 IBCLC lactation consults
- 3 perinatal therapy sessions
- 2 massage sessions
- 8-week labs: thyroid, ferritin, vitamin D
- Weekly new-parent circle
- Lactation-safe herbal protocol
What we stand behind.
Your due date is an estimate and this plan knows it.
Deliver early, late, by c-section, or with a NICU stay, and your start date moves with you at no charge. More than three weeks early and the program pauses until you are home.
Full refund after your enrollment visit.
If you decide the track is not right for you, no questions asked.
Everything above, delivered.
Inside your twelve weeks, or we refund the value of what was missed.
A gift that arrives before the baby does.
Someone can buy this for her.
Partners, parents, and baby showers can cover the program or a portion of it. Gift enrollment transfers to her name and her due date, and the scheduling happens with her, not with you.

Honest about fit.
A good fit if you
- Are in your third trimester and want the fourth arranged before it starts
- Had a c-section, a long pushing stage, or a previous recovery that went badly
- Have no family in town, or family arriving for two weeks and then leaving
- Would rather bring the baby to every visit than find a sitter
Not a fit if you
- Have already delivered more than four weeks ago (call anyway; a shorter track may work)
- Want a single postpartum session, which we also offer
- Are looking for medical management of a complication, which belongs with your OB
What patients say.
Verified reviews from Google.
What it costs, and what it would cost apart.
- C-section scar bodywork series available as an add-on
- Gift enrollment available
HSA and FSA usually eligible; superbills provided.
Book it before you need it.
This one has to be booked before you need it. The week-one in-home visit can only be scheduled if you enroll before you deliver, which is why most families sign up in the third trimester.
Enrollment is capped so those visits stay possible.
Your questions, handled.
When should I enroll?
What if I deliver early, or by c-section, or the baby needs the NICU?
Do I have to find childcare for the visits?
Who are the other providers?
What labs do you run at eight weeks?
Can someone give this as a gift?
Come home to a plan that's already handled.
The consult is free and 15 minutes, and the best time to book it is before you deliver.
Dr. Jeiran Lashai, DAOM, L.Ac., is board-certified by the California Acupuncture Board and NCCAOM (now NCBAHM), and a Fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine (ABORM). The track covers recovery, symptom management, feeding support, and mood. Every provider works under their own license. Mood screening follows a defined escalation pathway to perinatal mental health specialists. Guarantees on this page cover program deliverables, scheduling, and your experience with the practice. They are not guarantees of any clinical result, and no element of this program is offered as one.
