Bring relevant records
Recent labs, imaging, cycle tracking, current medications and supplements. Anything that gives us context.
Wear loose clothing
Many points are below the elbow and below the knee. Loose clothes mean we don’t need a gown.
Eat lightly beforehand
Not on an empty stomach. A light meal an hour or two before the visit. Hydrate.
Arrive 10 minutes early
New patient paperwork can be completed online before the visit — link is sent at booking. Otherwise we’ll do it in office.
