Sending a message through this site, emailing, or calling us does not by itself create an appointment or an obligation on either side. It is a request for us to get in touch, and we will. Appointments are scheduled through our third-party booking provider, Jane App, and are confirmed there. Any scheduling, cancellation, and payment terms that apply to your appointment are the ones shared with you at the time of booking or at the clinic. How we handle the details you send us is covered by our Privacy Policy.
