Choose & schedule
Pick your service above and open the scheduler. Real-time availability, instant confirmation, and a deposit to hold new-patient slots.

Complete intake
New patients receive intake paperwork by email, complete it online before your visit so we can use our time together well.

Arrive & begin
Come 10 minutes early, wear loose clothing, and eat something light beforehand. We’ll take it from there.
Good to know
Payment & policies.
Insurance & payment. We’re out-of-network with most insurers and provide a superbill you can submit for reimbursement. HSA and FSA cards are accepted. The Skin Transformation Assessment fee is credited toward any package you choose.
Cancellations. 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours’ notice is charged at the full visit rate. Emergencies happen, call as soon as you know.
