triLift® in Los Angeles
The Most Advanced Non-Surgical Lift, in a Practice That Treats More Than Your Face
Three technologies, one treatment, performed by a licensed practitioner who's spent her career working with faces. Lift, tone, and sculpt — without injections, anesthesia, or downtime.
A different kind of TriLift practice
Most TriLift treatments in Los Angeles happen inside medspas and dermatology offices — fluorescent rooms, rotating staff, and the assumption that a great face is mostly a great injectable schedule. That's a fine model, and it works for some people.
This isn't that.
Jeiran Lashai's practice integrates the most advanced non-invasive aesthetic technology with the kind of attention you'd expect from a wellness clinic that's spent more than a decade reading faces — and the bodies attached to them. TriLift is the centerpiece of the cosmetic side of the practice. It sits inside a broader philosophy: that what's happening to your face is connected to how you're sleeping, how you're eating, your stress levels, your hormonal cycles, and your overall vitality.
You can come in, get TriLift, and leave. Many patients do. You can also use TriLift as the first step into a more comprehensive face-and-wellness protocol. Both work. The difference is the practitioner you're sitting with — what she notices, what she factors in, and how she thinks about the longer arc of your face's next ten years.
What is triLift
TriLift is a non-surgical facial lift treatment built on a Lumenis-developed platform that combines three energy-based technologies in a single session:
Dynamic Muscle Stimulation (DMSt) sends targeted electrical pulses to your facial muscles, prompting controlled contraction and expansion — similar to natural facial expression, but at intensities that build long-term muscle tone. This is what creates the immediate visible lift you'll see after your first session.
TriPollar Radiofrequency (RF) heats the dermal layer beneath the surface of the skin, stimulating new collagen and elastin production. This is what tightens the skin's structure over the weeks following each session.
RF Microneedling delivers radiofrequency energy through ultra-fine micro-channels in the surface of the skin. This refines texture, increases natural hyaluronic acid production, and triggers epidermal remodeling.
Most non-surgical lifts target one tissue layer. TriLift addresses three — muscle, dermis, and epidermis — in one treatment. That's what makes the results comprehensive rather than one-dimensional.
What TriLift treats
TriLift is most effective for:
Mid-face volume loss and softening of cheek structure
Jawline definition and early jowl formation
Marionette lines around the mouth
Upper-face muscle laxity (brow descent, hooded eyes early stage)
Skin tone, brightness, and overall facial glow
Texture irregularities and fine lines
Under-eye area firmness and smoothness
Neck and platysma laxity (with the right protocol)
Pre-juvenation — building tone and density before significant aging shows
TriLift is less effective for:
Severe skin laxity that would benefit from surgical lift
Deep static wrinkles requiring filler for volume restoration
Acne scarring at the level Morpheus8 addresses (a different RF microneedling tool with deeper penetration)
A 15-minute consultation is the only honest way to determine candidacy. If TriLift isn't the right tool for your face, We will tell you.
What to expect from a session
A standard TriLift session lasts 60 to 75 minutes and follows a consistent protocol:
Consultation and assessment (first session only). Jeiran reviews your goals, examines your face's current state, identifies the muscle and tissue patterns that need work, and lays out a 5-session plan tailored to what your face actually needs.
Skin preparation. Light cleanse, photo documentation for your before/after series, and topical preparation. No oral or injection anesthesia is required.
DMSt phase. A handpiece delivers electrical muscle stimulation across targeted facial zones — typically cheekbones, jawline, brow, and under-eye structure. The sensation is a controlled contraction; most patients describe it as similar to a deep facial workout.
RF phase. The TriPollar RF handpiece is moved across the face, warming the dermal layer. Sensation is gentle warmth, comparable to a heated stone massage.
RF microneedling phase. The microneedling component is applied to areas needing texture refinement. Sensation is a light prickle; some patients use a topical numbing cream for comfort, most don't need to.
Recovery. None to minimal. You may have brief pinpoint redness from the microneedling component, gone within 24-48 hours. You can apply makeup the next morning. No downtime, no exercise restrictions beyond the day of treatment, no recovery week.
You'll see visible contour and lift after session one. Full structural results — collagen and elastin remodeling — develop over the 5-session protocol and continue building for 3 months after the final session.
Results timeline
What you'll see
End of session 1: Visible day-of contour and lift, especially around cheekbones and jawline
Sessions 2-3: Progressive lifting, beginning skin tightening, improved tone
Sessions 4-5: Compounding lift, refined texture, deeper collagen response
3 months post-protocol: Peak structural results — full collagen and elastin remodeling
6-12 months": Results sustain with proper skincare and lifestyle
12+ months: Annual maintenance session to refresh and extend
The 5-session protocol is non-negotiable for full results. Patients who complete fewer sessions see less of the structural change that makes TriLift different from a one-and-done treatment.
Why have TriLift performed at a wellness practice rather than a medspa?
This is a question patients often ask. The short answer: the device matters, but the operator matters more.
Energy-based aesthetic treatments depend on the practitioner's understanding of facial anatomy, knowledge of how each patient's specific face will respond, and the ability to integrate factors most clinics ignore — sleep, stress, hormones, hydration, all of which directly affect tissue response and longevity of results.
Jeiran is a licensed practitioner with extensive training in facial anatomy and aesthetic technology. She is certified to operate TriLift and trained directly through Lumenis. The device is FDA-cleared. The treatment is performed under the same scope of practice that other aesthetic-skilled practitioners use.
What makes the experience different is the broader context: smaller-volume practice, longer sessions, a practitioner who reads what's happening across your whole picture rather than just the face in front of her. Patients consistently report that the consultation conversation alone is worth the visit.

Standard 5-session protocol (face): $5,400 (saves $600 vs. single sessions)
Founder pricing for the first 20 patients: $4,800 for the full 5-session protocol (saves $1,200 vs. standard pricing — limited availability through [end date])
Annual maintenance session (after completing protocol): $1,000

TriLift compared to other non-surgical lifts
If you're shopping between TriLift, Ultherapy, EMFACE, and Morpheus8, see our comprehensive comparison → covering how each works, what each treats, real costs, and how to choose the right one for your face. The short version:
TriLift is the most comprehensive multi-layer treatment in one device — muscle, dermis, and epidermis
Ultherapy is the most powerful for deep SMAS-layer lifting in a single session
EMFACE is the fastest, hands-free option for early-stage muscle laxity
Morpheus8 is the most aggressive treatment for skin texture, scarring, and surface remodeling
The right answer depends on your specific concerns. A consultation is the cleanest way to figure it out.

Most patients describe the sensation as a light muscle contraction or a warm tingle. Unlike traditional surgical procedures, this is a comfortable experience with no need for anesthesia. You may experience some mild redness immediately after, but this typically fades within a few hours.
-
While many patients notice an immediate "glow" and subtle lift after just one session, a series of 4 to 6 treatments (spaced one week apart) is recommended for optimal, long-lasting results. This allows the facial muscles to build tone and the collagen to regenerate fully.
-
This is an ideal solution for those with mild to moderate skin laxity who want to avoid the risks, scars, and recovery time of surgery. It is a "preventative and restorative" treatment that maintains the natural movement of your face while providing a significant lifting effect.
-
Yes. This treatment can complement existing injectables by improving the underlying muscle tone and skin quality that fillers can't reach. However, we usually recommend waiting 2–4 weeks after an injection before performing this treatment.
-
Because we are toning actual muscle and building new collagen, the results are long-lasting. Periodic maintenance sessions (every 3-6 months) can help you maintain your lifted, youthful appearance indefinitely.
